Who you are

You have a passion for customer success. You bring attention to detail and accountability to the table each and every shift. You’re a top-notch communicator, preferably in English and Spanish. You’re a salesperson, a self-starter, and are ready to learn the ins and outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold process.

What you’ll do

•We welcome all customers and guests, whether you speak English or Spanish. While we appreciate bilingualism, it is not required to receive excellent service at our establishment.

•Embark on a journey to become a laundromat guru, acquiring the ability to solve any machine-related problem that may arise.

•Utilize the standardized Tip Top Laundry procedures to wash, dry, and fold all drop-off customer orders, ensuring a consistent and high-quality outcome.

•Sell laundry merchandise, receive payments for products and services and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.

•Ensuring all Company Policies and Procedures are followed.

Job Requirements of a Customer Service Attendant

•Previous customer-facing customer service experience preferred.

•Positive attitude and ability to problem solve.

•Laundry can get heavy, so you need to be able to lift 30-50 pounds.

•Driven by quality and accuracy and dependable and passionate about your work.
